The Bideford Folk Festival will be held between 14th & 20th August, 2006. This week long friendly festival is held in and around the historic port of Bideford , situated in beautiful North Devon . There are concerts and music sessions taking place every day of the week with plenty of opportunity for musicians and singers to join in and for audiences to sit and listen to some good music and soak up the atmosphere.
Bideford Folk Festival is pleased to welcome Dave Webber and Anni Fentiman this year. Dave and Anni's enthusiasm sparkles in their powerful vocal performances which have developed from their involvement in traditional and traditional-style music for over 25 years. Their first love is accappella singing, both solo and in harmony, they present a varied cross section of material from the delicate solo to the rousing chorus.
